My tech Jerome arrived on time and ready to help resolve my issues. We discussed what the best approach was and gave me the quote. The job went smoothly and the total was the same as I was quoted. We tested the system prior to their departure and all systems worked as designed.

I have been a customer of Mr Sprinkler for over ten years, and recommend them to everyone. I always have Oscar come out at least every spring to make sure my system is ready to start watering again with no issues from winter weather. Oscar is very professional, takes good care of my system, and lets me know if there is anything I need to do in preventative maintenance. I have come to depend on him.
Well let's just say HORRIBLE experience. 1) Service time on being there and show up 2.5hrs early unannounced at your house. 2) I told tech exactly where and what needed changed. 3) I drive 50 minutes DTN FTW to meet repair guy, nice but he was checking out whole system which i did not want or need. 4) He then shows me what it's going to cost which i agree astronomically VERY expensive part that cost less than 20.00. which 250.00 plus labor i get. 5) 250 for 16.00 valve plus 50.00 per sprinkler head which i pay for exact one 3.50. 6) So at end of job i say knock off some money of valve I will give you 2 exact valves which brand new and 2 solenoids also. 7) Let's talked to BOSS, boss said no i pay 16.00 for those and don't need your 2 exact valves on taking money off. 8) Long scheme of things we started at 641.00 and took off some things that i can do myself, which right now little hard with 2 fractured lower legs. Final wouldn't ever recommending this company and have nothing nice to say how bad my experience was.
